My Addiction: What are your current addictions?

So what are your current addictions?

This is what's taking up my time right now.

For the T.V Addict in me:

Being Human - UK version. It's kinda slow, but I'm terribly intrigued. I LOVE the nerd! As always ;)

Being Human - US version. AHHH!!! This US version has Sam Witwer (Doomsday in Smallville - that dimple!!!!), Sam Huntington (have had a crush on him since Jungle 2 Jungle a childhood movie of mine), and Mark Pellegrino (Lucifer in Supernatural - yum! but I don't like his blond hair in this...)

For the Book Addict in me:

It's starting off slow, but I'm hanging in there because the cover is so dang intriguing and so is the synopsis:

A mysterious island.
An abandoned orphanage.
A strange collection of very curious photographs.
It all waits to be discovered in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, an unforgettable novel that mixes fiction and photography in a thrilling reading experience. As our story opens, a horrific family tragedy sets sixteen-year-old Jacob journeying to a remote island off the coast of Wales, where he discovers the crumbling ruins of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As Jacob explores its abandoned bedrooms and hallways, it becomes clear that the children were more than just peculiar. They may have been dangerous. They may have been quarantined on a deserted island for good reason. And somehow—impossible though it seems—they may still be alive.
A spine-tingling fantasy illustrated with haunting vintage photography,Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children will delight adults, teens, and anyone who relishes an adventure in the shadows.

BTW - there's going to be a sequel.

Rot & Ruin - zombies? yes please! I need something to tide me over until The Walking Dead (tv show for the T.V addict in me) season 2 comes out in a few months (iiiiiiiiiiiip!!!!). The sequel for Rot & Ruin, called Dust & Decay comes out August 30, so I must be prepared! I'm reading this one between classes. Sometimes I forget my iPod can double as an ebook reader. I'm trying harder and harder to remember. The other day I finished Anna and the French Kiss on my iPod. Post coming soon about ways to do that. I want to include everything I can from research in order to make the reading experience during school semesters a lot easier on us Book Addicts. ;)

This is for my Psych class - Theories of Personality. I LOVE my professor! He was my first psych professor. He's so mean-nice in that awesome way you can't help but find endearing. He says he will mock us (me and the other three students that also had him for General Psych) if we don't know the answer to a question we "learned" from him. I am prepared to blush out of embarrassment, here I come! ;)
