This dress (Forever 21 - sadly is now unavailable) is so lovely! I adore it! It's made a bit large, so I wear it with a belt. Sorry about the quality, but the iPhone cam is total krud.

You may recognize these adorable Brazilian thrifted shoes from this past post. Outfit would have gone much better with heels I think, but I just had to wear it with these shoes!
