I really want to buy all of these but there's just only a certain amount I'm willing to pay for stuff. For dresses it's usually $20 or less for me. For shoes it's pretty much the same thing.
Note: Prices do not include shipping and possible taxes, etc. For about three the prices are an approximation because it's from pounds to dollars. They do ship to U.S though.

Cute! I like them all, but my eye is especially drawn to the third one down.
I love them all. But the first two and polka dot black one are my favs.
I just love these dresses and especially modcloth.com because it has so much vintage, which I extremely love♥ Unfortunately, I can't afford this.
Who doesn't like to fantasy shop?! Sometimes I think most of my waking hours are consumed by it! Anyway, I love the TopShop and Miss Selfrish dresses the most. The TopShop one for the cut and Miss Selfrish for its retro boldness. I don't like to spend a lot on dresses either. $30 tops unless I need it for a special occasion or something.
