What is a quick healthy breakfast? + TEAM COCO!

Anyone have any ideas for a quick healthy breakfast? This busy college student is just running out of ideas and I really need them! In the mornings I just don't have too much time to make me a healthy breakfast. Cereal and other healthy things I already do are getting old.

Well, that is not related to this post but I just got to thinking of this because I'm sleepy and will be dreaming (maybe) soon so yeah... hehe ;) Hopefully I'll dream about Matthew Goode. I kind of have a crush on him ever since seeing him in Leap Year. My head hurts a lot right now :(

When I'm in a rush and off to somewhere important, I like to have a bit of a more filling breakfast so that usually means Baked Beans with a bit of toast. They are actually high in protein, I think it is but watch out for the sugar.

When I've got plenty of time but feel like something healthy, I usually go for a muesli cereal with a large dollop of plain or vanilla yoghurt.
