Synopsis:
Based on the Gergia Nicholson books by Louise Rennison comes this HILARIOUS and freakin' adorable movie about a 14 year old going through some crazy things. Her parents might be getting divorced, her sister is acting like her cat Angus and there is just no way one of the ADORABLE cute guys new to her school will ever be interested in her. Especially since he is dating the most popular girlwithginormousboobs in school.
Thoughts:
You have got to get your hands on this movie. Right. Now! It's so cute and hilarious. Not only that but the main guy that plays Robbie is sooo cute you have no idea. Well, I'll show you some pics below so you can stare at that sexiness.

Ehem I'll be professional now. Um...gosh all I can think about is Aaron Johnson/Robbie now and how he's going to COME OUT on Kick-Ass one of the superhero movies I'm anxiously waiting for (see the upcoming movies I want to watch on the bottom left of this site). McLovin' is also going to be in Kick-Ass and so is that chick from 500 Days of Summer that is the hilarious little sister. Oh speaking about her it's rumored she will be Eli in the remake of Let the Right One In which will be called Let Me In. Please be a great movie, please! He's also coming out on the upcoming movie based on John Lennon's life called Nowhere Boy (!!!!). Aaron Johnson. So cute. So, so very cute. How can one boy be so dang cute? Oh I was talking about something. Angus movie! That's what it was!

So then the movie is freakin' hilarious, has tons of hot guys in it especially Aaron Johnson/Robbie so yeah, go watch it. It's not a work of art but it's definitely worth many, many watches. Definitely a feel good movie that anyone can relate to especially the pre-teens and teens.

Neato:
The fact that Aaron Johnson, my new celebrity crush is in it and the music. Ultraviolet was not so bad. Not so bad. :) I shall have to listen to more Stiff Dylans music and soon. Yes the band in the movie is a real band. No Aaron Johnson is not in it. Although his accent is definitely real. Sigh. Accents. I like those. A lot. A little too much. Okay I'll shut up about that now. :D

Not so neato:
Sometimes the movie kind of dragged on a bit. I fast forwarded those parts the second time I watched it. Yes I watched this movie more than once. You will not blame me once you've gotten a "taste" of Aaron Johnson hehe and also because well, this movie is just too funny and cute, you won't be able to help it. Or maybe it's just me? I'm weak, get used to it, I did. :)

I watched the DVD my cousin had. She bought it in Mexico since the dvd is PAL. Mexican DVD players tend to be PAL too. If yours is then buy the dvd on Amazon or wherever they have the PAL version. :)

Oh gosh, I must read these books!!! hehe I am missing the second one so I need to get my hands on that one first. :(
