Woot!! Alex Flinn!! I became a fan of hers since having read Breaking Point four years ago. Recently I read Beastly and FREAKIN' LOVED IT!!! (r.ed here, as you can see it's one of my 4-5 starred books) So now here's her next book A Kiss in Time, which is sure to be awesome too. :)Note: Isn't that dress beautiful?! My favorite colors are green and maroon so of course I'm going to love that dress. :)

Beastly is super amazing, if you haven't read it what the heck are you waiting for? Go read it! Right now!! If that's not enough of an incentive then this might help-there's going to be a movie based on it next year! :)

Breaking Point is a must read that deals with the perils of peer pressure. Oh peer pressure tsk tsk The writing in this one is also really great. I recommend it :)

My son made me smile a little bit ago. He's 2 and can be really silly. He walked in the kitchen wearing only one shoe. I asked him if he wanted the other shoe on and he didn't nor did he want the one shoe off. He clumped around that way until nap time :) I guess that's his new fashion statement.
